Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our return policy, including our 100-night trial period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. 100-Night Trial

Our 100-night trial allows you to try your bedding purchase risk-free for 100 nights from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined in our return policy. The trial applies to first-time purchases of each product type only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photography, and software, is the property of Royal Bedding Tex or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
